This course will discuss all the medical management options available in managing glaucoma, its efficacy, its side effects and when, what and how to prescribe. It will also discuss the new and emerging trends in medical management of glaucoma
Course learning objectives:
- Understand the mechanisms and pathophysiology of PONG
- Have an understanding on the clinical trials that lead to the current clinical standards of management of glaucoma
- Understand the various stages of the disease and appropriate diagnostic strategies.
- Understand the clinical picture of the disease specially signs and morphology of optic nerve head in glaucoma.
